Don't forget: bring your insurance membership

To ensure your visit to our clinic goes smoothly, please bring your insurance forms to every appointment if you have private health insurance.

Preventative care: check-up at least once a year

You should come for a check-up twice a year to make sure that you are looking after your teeth properly and to have their condition checked. Please remember, at your appointment, we also examine the gums and soft tissues in the mouth. So regular exams are important, not just for your teeth. 

 

Our tip: ask our advice and make your next appointment at the end of each visit.

Please ask at reception, and we will be happy to provide you with any information you require.

We pride ourselves on giving our patients all the information they need before they decide on a course of action. If at any point you do not understand your treatment options, please ask your clinician. He/She will be happy to explain.

Safety:


We take all necessary precautions to safeguard you and our staff. We follow recommended guidelines with regard to instrument sterilisation and use of disposables eg. Gloves, needles, etc. We are happy to answer any questions. Our Infection Control Policy is available on request. Please ask at reception.

 
 
Complaints:


Should you have reason to complain about any aspect of your treatment, please address your written complaint to our practice manager.
