General dentistry protects your smile through prevention, careful diagnosis, and timely treatment. At your first visit, we listen to your goals and create a plan that fits your routine. You’ll know what we recommend, why it helps, and the steps involved. We prioritise conservative care when suitable, preserving as much healthy tooth as possible.,With regular reviews, we keep small issues small and support everyday comfort when eating, speaking, and smiling. We schedule appointments at times that work for you.
A Cone Beam CT scan produces detailed 3D views of your teeth and jaw. This extra information can give a clearer picture than standard X-rays, helping us understand roots, bone levels, and anatomy before we begin.
Digital scans replace messy impressions for many procedures. You see accurate images on screen within minutes, which makes discussions easier and can speed up the creation of crowns, aligners, and night guards.

Regular check-ups are the simplest way to stay on top of your oral health. During your visit, we examine your teeth, gums, bite, and soft tissues. When appropriate, we include an oral cancer screening for added peace of mind.
We share any findings in plain English and answer your questions. You leave with tailored home-care advice and, if needed, a clear plan for next steps. Little check-ins help you stay comfortable between bigger life milestones.
Healthy gums are the foundation of a confident smile. Our hygienists provide professional scale and polish treatments to remove plaque and tartar that everyday brushing can miss. Your appointment also includes practical guidance on brushing technique, interdental cleaning, and simple habits that protect your teeth between visits.
Small changes at home make a big difference to freshness and long-term stability. If you are managing sensitivity, bleeding, or early gum inflammation, we’ll create a plan to settle things and help you stay comfortable.
When repairs are needed, we keep treatment precise and as conservative as appropriate. We use modern tooth-coloured materials to repair decay, restore chips, and tidy areas of wear, supporting a natural look and comfortable bite.
If a tooth needs extra support, we explain your options and agree a plan that suits your goals and budget. Our careful approach aims to maintain as much natural tooth as possible while returning strength, function, and confidence. We take time to match shade and shape for a seamless finish that suits your smile.
Most people benefit from routine general dental care, including children, adults, and those returning after a break. At your initial appointment, we assess your oral health and bite first. If we find active decay, gum inflammation, unresolved infections, significant bite imbalance, or heavy grinding, we may recommend stabilising things before moving ahead.
Your clinician explains the findings and outlines options that match your goals for long-term results. Where a treatment is not suitable, we discuss safe alternatives that align with your wishes.
Routine treatments are durable, yet not permanent. How long they last depends on your bite, daily habits, diet, and home care. Occasional polishing, small repairs, or refreshes may be needed over time. Everyday choices matter: nail biting, chewing pen tops, or crunching hard foods can shorten the lifespan of repairs.
If you grind or clench, a protective night guard can help reduce wear on teeth and restorations. We share maintenance tips that fit your routine so your results continue to look natural and feel comfortable.
Our goal is a healthy, natural-looking smile achieved with conservative care where appropriate. Tooth-coloured materials blend beautifully, though they can stain or chip over time, especially with strong pigments or heavy biting forces. If that happens, gentle maintenance can restore appearance.
Final results and suitability depend on your enamel, bite, and overall oral health, which we assess at the start. Planning images and previews guide discussion and are indicative only, helping you explore possibilities without overpromising. We are always honest about what is achievable, so expectations stay clear and realistic for you.
We understand a dental appointment can feel like a big step. Our team takes time to listen, explain clearly, and agree a pace that feels right for you. From the welcome at reception to your time in the chair, we focus on gentle care and respectful communication.
Many patients value having costs and timelines explained in advance, with space to ask questions. This supportive approach helps you feel informed at every stage and builds trust, so you can move forward with confidence.
