At Silver Oaks Dental, we welcome patients from the Peace Pagoda at Willen Lake and the wider Willen community. Our private practice is based at 68 Victoria Road, Fenny Stratford, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK2 2NX. You will find thoughtful, modern general dentistry delivered with kindness, clarity, and attention to detail.
We look after everyday oral health so you can enjoy confident smiles, comfortable chewing, and fresh breath. From routine check-ups to conservative repairs, our team focuses on what matters to you and explains each option in plain English.

General dentistry is the foundation of a healthy smile and a confident day. We provide thorough examinations, preventative advice, and everyday treatments that help keep teeth and gums in good shape.
Appointments are relaxed and unhurried. We listen, answer your questions, and agree a plan that suits your goals, budget, and lifestyle. You will see the same welcoming faces wherever possible, so your care feels consistent over time. We keep clear notes and clinical photos to monitor changes and celebrate progress with you.
Our in-house Cone Beam CT captures detailed 3D images of teeth, bone, and nearby structures. It shows root shapes and nerve positions clearly, supporting accurate diagnosis and precise treatment planning.
Digital scanning replaces many traditional impressions. It is quicker and more comfortable, creating precise 3D images on-screen so we can review your bite together and design well-fitting restorations, often with fewer repeat visits.

Regular check-ups help us spot small changes before they become bigger problems. Your visit includes a detailed look at teeth, gums, and soft tissues, plus gentle screening for signs such as wear, cracks, or early gum inflammation.
We will share tailored hygiene tips for home care. If we see anything that needs attention, we will explain your choices and outline next steps at a pace that feels comfortable. We also check how your jaw joints move and note any muscle tenderness. This helps us understand habits like clenching or grinding that may affect your teeth.
Prevention is at the heart of everything we do. Regular hygiene appointments remove plaque and tartar that daily brushing cannot fully clear, supporting fresher breath and healthier gums.
Your hygienist will demonstrate brushing technique and interdental cleaning, and discuss dietary choices in a friendly, practical way. These small changes add up to fewer surprises and more time enjoying the things you love. Together, we will set simple goals you can stick to. Even small tweaks, like changing the order you brush or the brush head you use, can make daily care easier.
If tooth decay, sensitivity, or minor chips appear, we plan conservative care to protect your natural tooth. This might include composite fillings or small repairs that restore strength, comfort, and a natural look.
We recommend materials for a balance of durability and appearance. Every choice is guided by a careful assessment of your bite, enamel, and daily habits, so your treatment feels well considered. We carefully match the shade of any composite to blend with your tooth. After treatment, we check your bite so chewing feels natural and comfortable.
Most people are suitable for general dental care. At your first visit, we assess your teeth, gums, and soft tissues, your bite and any signs of grinding, and your daily hygiene and diet.
If you have active decay, inflamed gums, untreated bite issues, or heavy grinding, we may suggest early steps first. This helps set the stage for long-term success and makes later care simpler and more predictable.
Suitability always depends on clinical assessment. We will guide you with clear advice and a plan that feels achievable.
Routine care and repairs are designed to last well, though nothing is permanent. How long they last depends on your bite, home care, and everyday habits.
● Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste and clean between teeth.
● Book regular hygiene visits to remove plaque and tartar.
● Avoid nail biting, chewing hard objects, and opening packets with teeth.
● If you grind, a protective night guard can help.
● Expect occasional polishing or repair over time.
We will always aim to keep things simple, maintainable, and tailored to you.
General dentistry is ideal for maintaining health and making conservative improvements. Composite fillings and similar materials can stain or chip with everyday use, and may need maintenance or replacement in future.
Final results depend on your enamel, bite, and gum health. Any digital previews or planning images are there to guide discussion and set expectations, rather than promise a specific outcome.
Your clinician will explain likely results for you, so you can feel informed and confident at each step. Tea, coffee, and red wine can mark white fillings over time. Gentle polishing during hygiene visits can often refresh the appearance.
When you feel informed about your choices, the right team makes all the difference. We care about helping you look and feel your best, today and for years ahead. You will meet a friendly, professional team, a calm setting, and appointments planned with care.
We combine bespoke advice with precise diagnostics and treatments that respect your preferences. Many patients tell us they value our clear explanations and the time we take to understand what matters most to them.

We are a short trip from the Peace Pagoda at Willen Lake and the Japanese Garden. The practice is easy to find in Fenny Stratford, Bletchley, at 68 Victoria Road, MK2 2NX.
