Healthy smiles start with simple, consistent habits. Your routine appointments include a gentle assessment of your teeth, gums, and bite, plus practical hygiene coaching that fits into your day.,Where helpful, we provide professional cleaning to remove stubborn plaque and staining. Topical fluoride can be applied to strengthen enamel and reduce the risk of decay and gum irritation.,We look at the full picture. Your bite, jaw joints, and daily habits all influence long-term oral health. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a plan that supports your goals.,Prevention also means timing your visits at intervals that suit your health and risk level. Together we’ll decide when to see you next, so small changes are noticed early and your smile stays on track.
Routine digital X-rays may be taken to check areas not visible to the eye, helping us spot decay between teeth or early changes in bone levels.
When clinically appropriate, our CBCT Scanner provides detailed 3D images of your teeth and jaw. This supports precise diagnosis and planning for complex care, such as implants or endodontics.
Our Intraoral Scanner captures accurate digital impressions without messy materials. You can see clear 3D images on screen in real time, which improves comfort, aids explanations, and can speed up the creation of crowns, aligners, and night guards.

Good home care, a balanced diet, and regular check-ups work together. At each visit we focus on small, practical steps that make daily care easier.
● Share simple brushing and interdental cleaning tips.
● Discuss lifestyle choices like diet and smoking that can influence gum health and decay.
● Recommend a bespoke maintenance schedule based on your oral health and risk profile.
If you have braces, implants, or a bridge, we’ll share tailored advice to help you clean around them with confidence. Small changes at home often make the biggest difference. These steady habits help you enjoy fresher breath, comfortable gums, and a confident smile between visits.
We value continuity and a friendly, familiar team. Appointments allow time for your questions, so you can make informed choices.
Our modern equipment and rigorous hygiene standards support care that is safe, consistent, and precise. Comfort matters at every step, from diagnostics to finishing touches.
It’s this blend of attentive people and precise tools that helps care feel relaxed and reliable. You’ll know exactly what will happen and how long each step is likely to take. We outline your options before we begin, so you can plan easily.
Most people are suitable for routine general dental care. Regular exams and hygiene support are helpful at every stage of life.
Sometimes certain treatments need to wait until your mouth is healthy and stable. We will always explain why and the order that makes sense for you.
● Active tooth decay or untreated gum concerns.
● Bite issues, heavy grinding or clenching that may affect the longevity of new work.
● Areas of soreness or infection that need managing first.
Your assessment comes first. Your clinician will share the findings and guide you to options that suit your teeth, gums, and bite for long-term results.
General dental treatments are designed to be durable rather than permanent. How long they last depends on your bite, habits, oral hygiene, and maintenance.
To help your dental work last, we may suggest:
● Keep up regular check-ups and hygiene visits.
● Avoid nail biting, chewing pens, or very hard foods.
● If you grind or clench, a protective night guard may be recommended.
● Expect that occasional polishing, repairs, or refreshes may be sensible over time.
We’ll always personalise advice so you can protect your investment in your smile.
General dentistry aims to keep your mouth healthy and comfortable while supporting a confident smile. Every mouth is unique, so results vary with your enamel, gums, and bite.
White fillings and other bespoke repairs can pick up staining from certain foods and drinks. Small chips may appear over time with normal wear.
Any planning images or digital previews are guides to help you visualise options. Your clinician will explain what’s achievable for you and the steps involved. Minor refinements are part of caring for a smile over time. We’ll let you know when a refresh could help keep things neat and comfortable too.
