Am I Suitable for Invisalign®?

The Invisalign® Process

• Consultation: We discuss your goals, examine your teeth and gums, and outline options that fit your needs.
• Digital Records and Assessment: We take an Intraoral Scanner scan, clinical photos, and X-rays. If indicated, a CBCT Scanner provides a comprehensive 3D view to plan with precision.
• Bespoke Plan and Preview: You will see a digital simulation of planned tooth movements. This preview is helpful and indicative, not a guaranteed final outcome.
• Aligner Manufacture and Fit: Your custom aligners are made for you. At the fit visit, we review wear instructions and place small tooth-coloured attachments if needed.
• Reviews and Refinements: You change aligners as advised and attend regular reviews. We monitor progress and make refinements where appropriate.
• Completion and Retention: When active movement is complete, we provide retainers and guidance to help you maintain your new smile.

Your role matters too. Wearing your aligners as instructed and attending reviews keeps your plan on track and supports a smooth journey.

How Long Does Invisalign® Take?

Every smile is different. Timing depends on the tooth movements needed, case complexity, aligner wear, and review needs.

Some cases are completed in fewer stages. Others benefit from refinements and extra visits. After your assessment, we will outline an expected pathway and check-in schedule. We will check progress at each visit and share honest updates. If refinements are recommended, we will explain the reasons and the expected benefits.

Maintaining Your Result

• Wear retainers as instructed, as teeth can move over time.
• Replace retainers when they become worn or damaged.
• Keep up excellent oral hygiene and regular dental check-ups.
• If you clench or grind, a protective appliance may be recommended.
