Discreet aligners, precise digital planning, and warm support from first scan to retainer.

Thinking about straighter teeth with clear aligners? If you live in Great Linford, we’d love to look after you at Silver Oaks Dental. Our private, patient-focused practice on Victoria Road in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, provides Invisalign® in a calm, welcoming space. You’ll find modern care and kind guidance.
From your first chat to your final retainer, we focus on comfort and clarity. We plan precisely, explain every step, and support your choices. Our goal is simple: help you feel proud of your smile and confident in daily life. Many of our patients tell us they enjoy seeing their progress and smiling in photos along the way.

Invisalign® is a series of clear, removable aligners that guide teeth into better positions. Each set is custom-made to fit closely, so it feels smooth and looks discreet in everyday life.
You switch to a new set as advised by your clinician. Step by step, small movements add up to a more even smile.
Because the aligners come out for meals and cleaning, you can enjoy your favourite foods and keep brushing and flossing as usual. It’s orthodontic care designed to fit real life. Because they are removable, you can continue sports, playing instruments, and big moments like weddings with confidence.

● Discreet, clear aligners that support confidence at work and socially
● Removable for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing
● Comfortable edges and a smooth, close fit
● Digital planning that helps you visualise likely tooth movement before you begin. Previews are helpful and indicative, not a final outcome
● Personal support from our team throughout your care
We’ll guide you at each stage so you always know what comes next. To back this up, we use modern scanners that help us plan with clarity.
Our technology helps create aligners that fit well and plans you can trust. You can see what we see, which makes decisions easier.
● Intraoral Scanner. We take precise digital scans in minutes, avoiding messy impressions. You can view detailed 3D images on screen, which supports accurate aligner fit and helps save time.
● CBCT Scanner. Where clinically appropriate, our CBCT provides highly detailed 3D views of teeth and jaws. This level of information supports confident diagnosis and precise planning for complex cases.
Together, these tools support comfortable care and clear, predictable planning.
Invisalign® suits many adults and teens who want straighter teeth with removable aligners. It can help with mild to moderate crowding, spacing, and certain bite concerns. The first step is a thorough assessment of your teeth, bite, and gum health. We discuss your aims, check what is possible, and talk through any alternatives.
Sometimes we may suggest hygiene care or restorative work before you start. This protects your gums and helps aligners work as planned. In some cases, a different approach may offer better long-term stability. If so, we explain why and outline options in clear, friendly language.
Your clinician will recommend the path that supports your goals and overall oral health. Our priority is a result that looks good, feels comfortable, and lasts well.
Your journey is carefully planned and easy to follow.
1. Consultation. We listen to your aims, examine your teeth, and discuss options.
2. Assessment and planning. Digital scans and photos are taken. Where needed, CBCT imaging refines planning. We share a digital preview to explain the proposed movements.
3. Your aligners. Your bespoke aligners are made to fit your teeth closely and comfortably.
4. Wear and review. You’ll wear aligners for most of the day, removing them for meals and cleaning. We schedule reviews to monitor progress and make planned adjustments.
5. Finishing and retention. At the end of treatment, retainers are provided to help maintain your new smile.
At the fit appointment, we check everything sits as planned and show you how to place and remove aligners. We’re with you at each visit, keeping everything clear, comfortable, and on time.
Treatment time varies with the complexity of tooth movement and how consistently aligners are worn. Some smiles change in a number of months; others take longer.
Once we have assessed your teeth and bite, we’ll share an estimated timeframe and the steps involved. You’ll know what to expect before you begin. We’ll also explain factors that can speed or slow progress. Consistency matters too.
Keeping your new smile looking its best is straightforward with good habits.
● Wear retainers as advised to help keep teeth in their new positions
● Keep up daily brushing and cleaning between teeth
● Attend regular check-ups and hygiene visits
● Replacement retainers may be needed from time to time
If a retainer ever feels loose or worn, let us know and we’ll advise.
Invisalign® works well for many people, but it is not right for every case. Your outcome depends on careful assessment, gum and bone health, and how well aligners are worn. Digital simulations are a helpful guide to expected movements. They support planning and set clear expectations, but they are not a guarantee of the final result.
If we feel preparatory care would improve your long-term result, we will explain this and agree a plan with you. Sometimes an alternative treatment may be advised for stability or bite correction.
We want you to feel informed and confident before you start. Open, honest conversations build trust, and trust leads to care that feels comfortable from day one.
