Personalised care, modern scanners and clear guidance at every step

We’re here to help you look great and feel confident every time you smile. If you’re based near Oxley Park Academy, our Milton Keynes team offers discreet Invisalign treatment in a calm, modern setting. You’ll find us at 68 Victoria Road, Milton Keynes, MK2 2NX, where your comfort, clarity and precision-led care come first. From your first conversation to the last aligner, we keep things clear, kind and carefully planned.
Our technology-driven approach blends advanced planning with a gentle touch, so you always know what’s happening and why. We take time to answer questions, explain choices and agree a plan that suits your life. Whether you are a parent exploring options for a teenager or an adult ready to invest in yourself, we are here to guide you.

Invisalign uses a series of custom clear aligners to gently guide teeth into planned positions. Each set is made just for you and designed to be worn in sequence. The aligners are removable and near-invisible when worn, so most people see your smile, not your braces.
You simply take them out to eat, drink and brush, then wear them as advised each day. Most people find they speak normally within a day or two of starting.

Clear aligners can fit smoothly into busy lives while supporting a confident, healthy smile.
● Discreet confidence. The clear material blends with your teeth, so you can smile naturally at work, school and in photos.
● Comfortable and removable. Smooth edges and removable wear help you eat, speak and clean with ease.
● Easier hygiene. You can brush and floss normally, which helps protect teeth and gums during treatment.
● Planned progress you can see. Your care is mapped in advance and reviewed regularly for steady, controlled movement.
● Digital accuracy where it matters. Our Intraoral Scanner captures precise 3D images for a comfortable, mess-free scan in minutes.
● Detailed planning when needed. If clinically helpful, our CBCT Scanner provides highly detailed 3D views of teeth and jaw structures to support precise planning.
● Lifestyle friendly. With no fixed brackets, there are fewer day-to-day adjustments to your routine.
Thoughtful technology and gentle guidance work together to keep your journey clear and comfortable.
Many people with crowding, spacing or certain bite concerns are suitable for aligners. Suitability depends on a full dental assessment that looks at gum health, tooth condition and your bite. Sometimes hygiene care or restorative treatment is recommended first to create a strong foundation.
If Invisalign is not the best route for your goals, we will explain thoughtful alternatives designed for long-term stability. We commonly help with crowding, spacing and some bite issues, depending on assessment and goals.
Your journey is planned with care from the first chat to long-term retention.
1. Consultation and assessment. We listen to your goals, examine your teeth and gums, and discuss suitability.
2. Digital records and planning. We use our Intraoral Scanner for accurate digital impressions. Photos and X-rays are taken, and CBCT Scanner imaging may be used if needed to plan with precision. A digital preview can show the intended direction of movement. It is helpful for visualising change and is indicative rather than a final outcome.
3. Bespoke aligners. Your aligners are made to your plan. You will receive guidance on wear, usually 20 to 22 hours a day, and advice on changing to the next set as directed. We also show you how to insert and remove aligners, keep them clean and store them safely.
4. Reviews and refinements. We see you for regular checks to monitor progress, make any adjustments and keep your care on track.
5. Retainers. After active treatment, retainers are recommended to help maintain your new smile.
At every visit, we focus on clear explanations and small, manageable steps.
Timeframes vary with your case, your oral health, how closely aligners are worn and the complexity of movement. Some treatments are shorter, while others take longer. We will outline expected stages at your consultation and review them with you as treatment progresses.
Wearing aligners as instructed helps keep your progress steady and your plan on track each day.
Retainers and good daily habits help your smile stay exactly where you want it.
● Wear retainers as advised to help hold teeth in their new positions.
● Keep up daily brushing, interdental cleaning and routine dental visits.
● If retainers wear out or are lost, timely replacements may be needed.
● Limit sugary snacks and follow any advice about protective appliances for sport or night-time wear.
Your clinician will advise on the type of retainer best for your smile and lifestyle. Our team will guide you on simple routines that keep your result looking great.
Invisalign suits many smiles, but not every case. Outcomes and timelines depend on clinical assessment and your aligner wear. Some patients may need preparatory care or a different approach to achieve the best long-term result.
Digital simulations and previews help with planning and communication, but they are not guaranteed final outcomes. We will always recommend the option that supports your oral health and confidence over time. Our focus is a smile that lasts.
