Discreet aligners, precise digital planning, and caring guidance—so you can smile with confidence.

Silver Oaks Dental welcomes patients from Stantonbury Theatre and nearby neighbourhoods. Our friendly, patient-focused team provides bespoke Invisalign® care in a calm, modern setting. From your first chat to your final retainer, we plan every step with precision so you feel informed and confident.
Many patients visit us for the combination of thoughtful advice and reliable results. We take time to understand how your teeth meet, how you smile in photos, and what you would like to change. With that insight, we design Invisalign® care that fits your lifestyle, whether you are preparing for a special occasion or simply ready to feel more confident every day. You will feel listened to and looked after from start to finish.

Invisalign® is a series of clear, removable aligners that gently guide teeth into a more even position. You change to a new set at planned intervals, with each aligner making small, measured movements. You remove aligners to eat, drink anything other than water, and brush and floss, helping you keep your usual routine.
People often choose Invisalign® for its discreet look, day-to-day convenience, and the confidence it brings during and after treatment. It fits neatly into busy lives while supporting healthy, gradual change.

Every smile is personal, so your plan should be too.
● Bespoke planning. We listen to what matters to you and shape treatment around your oral health and aesthetic goals. We balance appearance with long-term dental health, so your smile feels stable.
● Precision-led imaging. Our Intraoral Scanner captures fast, accurate digital impressions without messy materials, improving comfort and helping to speed up aligner production. Where helpful, our CBCT Scanner offers detailed 3D views of teeth and jaw structures to support precise planning. This supports efficient production and aligners that follow the planned path.
● Visualise your plan. Digital simulations can show an indicative preview of likely changes before you begin. These previews guide expectations rather than promise a final outcome. Seeing a likely direction can make decisions simpler and more exciting.
● Patient-focused support. Regular reviews, clear guidance, and a welcoming team help keep your care on track in a relaxing environment. If questions pop up between visits, you can reach us for clear advice.
You stay in control, with thoughtful advice at every stage. It is orthodontics delivered the Milton Keynes way: calm, clear, and carefully considered.
Many adults and teens can straighten teeth with Invisalign®, depending on their needs.
● It can help with mild to moderate crowding, spacing, and certain bite concerns.
● Suitability is confirmed after a full assessment of your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health.
● Sometimes we suggest preparatory care first, such as hygiene treatment or restorative work, to support stable results.
● If a different approach would be safer or more predictable, we will explain your options clearly.
Your clinician will guide you to the choice that protects long-term health.
We make each stage simple and transparent, so you always know what comes next.
1. Consultation and assessment. We discuss your goals and examine your teeth and gums to check suitability. We also note any habits or concerns you want us to consider.
2. Digital records and planning. We take a precise Intraoral Scanner record, photographs, and X-rays if needed. CBCT imaging is used where clinically indicated to plan with greater precision. We then create a bespoke digital plan and an indicative smile preview. You can review the plan with us and ask as many questions as you like.
3. Your custom aligners. You receive a series of clear aligners. Wear them for most of the day and night, removing them to eat, drink, brush, and floss. Small tooth-coloured attachments or gentle polishing between teeth (sometimes called slenderising) may be recommended to guide movement. We show how to place, remove, and care for aligners at home.
4. Progress reviews. Regular check-ups at our Milton Keynes practice help us monitor progress and make any needed adjustments. These touchpoints keep treatment on schedule and support smooth, predictable progress.
5. Completion and retention. When active movement is complete, we provide retainers and clear guidance on wear and care to help protect your new smile. We will also discuss how to keep your smile bright and healthy.
Your appointments are relaxed, timely, and focused on your comfort and progress. We respect your time and plan visits around your routine.
Timelines vary from case to case. Complexity, aligner wear, and review schedules all play a role. Some patients need refinements or staged appointments. We will outline an estimated plan after your assessment.
We will keep you updated, so the journey feels manageable and clear. Your clinician will explain key milestones, so you know when to expect changes.
Consistent retainer wear is important. We will advise a schedule that suits your case and lifestyle. Keep up excellent home care and regular hygiene visits to support gum health and long-term stability.
Depending on your bite and habits, we may suggest night-time protection or further maintenance. These simple habits help your new smile look and feel its best. We will show you cleaning tips for aligners and retainers.
We believe in open conversations and steady, honest guidance.
● Invisalign® suits many patients, but not every case. Your assessment will guide what is clinically appropriate.
● Digital previews are for guidance. Final results depend on biology, aligner wear, and review-led adjustments.
● If Invisalign® is not the best option, we will recommend an alternative that supports long-term oral health and confidence.
Our priority is a smile that feels natural, functions well, and lasts.
