We Care About Helping You Look & Feel Great.
Every smile is personal. Our role is to listen, understand what matters to you, and design Invisalign® treatment that supports your confidence as well as your bite. From your first conversation to your final retainer check, you will find a warm welcome, straightforward explanations, and a team who keeps an eye on comfort at every step. The result we aim for is a smile that looks natural and feels like you.

Invisalign® is a clear aligner system that gently moves teeth into better positions. Instead of fixed braces, you wear a series of slim, removable aligners made just for you. Each aligner fits closely over your teeth and is designed to be discreet. You remove them for meals and brushing, then pop them back in to continue treatment.
Your digital scan is used to plan stages of movement. You wear each set in sequence, usually for one to two weeks per set, as advised. Consistent forces guide your teeth and help refine the way they meet when you bite. Most people find the routine easy to build into daily life, and our team keeps everything clear and comfortable.

● Discreet appearance. Clear aligners blend into your smile at school, work and events.
● Removable for meals and cleaning. Enjoy favourite foods and keep brushing and flossing simple.
● Comfortable design. Smooth aligners with no brackets or wires.
● Planned progress. Regular reviews and digital planning help keep your treatment on track.
These benefits make Invisalign® a popular choice for adults and young people who want a flexible way to improve their smile.
Intraoral scanner. Instead of traditional impressions, we use a small handheld camera to capture a precise digital copy of your teeth in minutes. This supports comfort, speeds up aligner design, and lets you preview detailed 3D images on screen.
CBCT scanner when needed. For cases where extra detail is useful, our CBCT scanner takes highly detailed 3D pictures of teeth, roots and jaw structures. This deeper view helps your clinician assess space, tooth positions and bone health with confidence, so your plan is designed with accuracy and safety in mind. These modern tools help us personalise your treatment.
Invisalign® can improve crowded or crooked teeth, unwanted spacing, and many mild to moderate bite concerns such as overbite, underbite or crossbite. The best way to confirm suitability is a full assessment of your teeth, gums, bite and oral health.
At your consultation we review your goals, take digital records, and talk through any factors that could influence stability. In some situations we may suggest preparatory care, a modified plan, or a different solution to protect gum health and long-term results. If Invisalign® is right for you, we will explain what to expect, how aligners should be worn, and the steps that support predictable progress. You will have time to ask questions and consider your options.
1. Consultation. We start with a friendly chat about your goals. A gentle oral health check confirms whether Invisalign® is appropriate now.
2. Records and planning. Digital scans with our intraoral scanner and photographs map your starting point. Where helpful, CBCT imaging adds detail. We plan movements and can share a digital preview to illustrate the likely direction of travel. Previews are a guide, not a promise.
3. Your bespoke aligners. Once approved, your custom aligners are made and supplied as a series. We show you how to wear and clean them each day.
4. Review appointments. Periodic check-ins at our Milton Keynes practice let us monitor progress and make refinements. If attachments or small adjustments are advised, we explain why and what to expect.
5. Retention. When active movement finishes, retainers help you keep the result. Clear communication runs through every stage.
Timeframes vary with case complexity, bite relationships, aligner wear, and review needs. Some people complete in a shorter span; others need a longer, staged approach. After your assessment we will outline an estimated range tailored to you and update it as treatment progresses. Our focus is steady, well-planned movement that supports a healthy bite and a confident smile.
Retention is essential. Consistent retainer wear helps your teeth settle and protects the position you have achieved. We will guide you on when to wear retainers, how to clean them, and when to return for checks.
Good daily brushing and flossing, plus routine dental visits, also support long-term stability. Habits can influence wear, so we will share tips that fit your lifestyle. Retainers may need repair or replacement over time; our team will help.
Invisalign® suits many people, but not every case. Suitability and likely outcomes depend on a careful clinical assessment. Sometimes we recommend preparatory treatment, a modified pathway, or a different option to protect comfort and stability.
Digital simulations are helpful to visualise the intended direction of movement, yet they are not a guarantee of your final result. We will be open about what is achievable for you and tailor care to meet your goals as safely and predictably as we can.
Our approach is warm, clear and carefully planned. You will always know what we are doing and why. We combine attentive, patient-first care with digital tools that support comfort, visualisation and precision. That means appointments with a purpose, aligners that feel considered, and guidance that fits real life.
If questions come up between visits, our team is easy to reach and happy to help. Thoughtful planning and steady support help you move towards a smile that feels natural and boosts your confidence.
