If you’re visiting or working near The National Museum of Computing at Bletchley Park, we’re close by and ready to help. Silver Oaks Dental is a private practice in Bletchley, MK2 2NX, offering bespoke Invisalign® care in a calm, welcoming setting. We care about helping you look great and feel confident, from your first consultation to your final retainer.

Our friendly team explains every step in plain English and gives you the time you need. You can expect thoughtful, modern dentistry and a smile journey shaped around your goals.

Invisalign® uses a series of clear, removable aligners to gently guide teeth into new positions. Each aligner is custom-made for your mouth and worn in sequence. As you change to the next set, small, planned movements build week by week. Many patients choose Invisalign® for its discreet appearance and day-to-day convenience.
Because the aligners are removable, you can continue enjoying meals you love and keep your usual brushing and flossing routine. Most people find the smooth material comfortable against lips and cheeks. We pair your care with precise planning, so you always understand what is happening and why it matters for your smile.

Invisalign® fits easily into busy lives while supporting healthy, attractive results.
● Discreet: Clear aligners blend with your smile, helping you feel confident in work, study and social moments.
● Removable: Eat, drink, brush and floss as usual, then pop your aligners back in.
● Comfortable: No brackets or wires. The smooth surface is kind to lips and cheeks.
● Digital precision: Our advanced intraoral scanner creates precise digital impressions in minutes, improving comfort and helping aligners fit well. You can preview an indicative digital plan of your proposed tooth movements. It’s a helpful guide rather than a final outcome.
● Patient support: Your clinician will guide you at every stage. Regular reviews keep treatment on track and give you space to ask questions.
Together, these benefits support you.
Invisalign® may be suitable for mild to moderate crowding, spacing and some bite concerns. The best way to find out is a full clinical assessment with our team. We look at your teeth, gums and bite, and we listen to your goals.
Sometimes we suggest preparatory care first, such as hygiene support or restorative work. This creates a healthy foundation so your aligners can do their job well. If Invisalign® is not the most appropriate option, your clinician will recommend an approach designed for long-term oral health and stability. Our advice is always shaped by what will serve you best over time.
Your journey is carefully planned and clearly explained.
1. Consultation and assessment. We discuss your goals and examine your teeth, gums and bite. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of options and next steps.
2. Digital records. We take high-precision intraoral scans and photos to record your starting point. Where clinically appropriate, our CBCT scanner provides detailed 3D images of tooth roots, jawbone and airway, supporting accurate planning in more complex cases.
3. Bespoke planning and preview. Using 3D planning software, we map staged tooth movements and share an indicative digital preview. This helps you visualise the plan. It is a guide to treatment, not a guaranteed final result.
4. Aligner wear. You receive a sequence of aligners to wear as directed each day. You change to the next set as advised by your dentist. Consistent wear helps your teeth track the plan.
5. Review appointments. Regular check-ins at our Milton Keynes practice let us monitor progress and refine the plan if needed. You’ll have ongoing advice to keep everything moving smoothly.
6. Finishing and retention. When active movement is complete, we provide retainers and guidance to help maintain your new smile. We’ll talk through care, wear time and what to expect.
It varies. Timings depend on the complexity of your case, your goals and how consistently aligners are worn. After your assessment, your dentist will outline an estimated timeframe. We review this as treatment progresses, so you always know how things are going. Our aim is a result that looks natural, feels comfortable and supports long-term health.
● Wear retainers as recommended to help keep teeth in their new positions.
● Keep up excellent oral hygiene and routine dental check-ups.
● Retainers may need replacement over time. We will advise on care and maintenance and show you how to keep them fresh.
Small, simple habits make a big difference to the long-term stability of your new smile.
Many patients are suitable for Invisalign®, yet not every case is best treated this way. Outcomes and timescales depend on clinical factors and aligner wear. Digital previews are helpful visual guides, not guaranteed final results.
Your clinician will recommend the approach that best supports precision, comfort and long-term stability. We will always explain the reasons behind our advice, so you can make informed choices with confidence.
● Bespoke planning: Your care plan is tailored to your goals and oral health. We focus on natural-looking improvements that suit your face and lifestyle.
● Precision-focused technology: Our intraoral scanner improves comfort and accuracy, saving time by avoiding traditional impressions. Our CBCT scanner is available when detailed 3D imaging will enhance planning and safety.
● Patient-focused care: Expect a friendly team, clear explanations and a relaxing environment at every visit.
