● A broken or lost filling, crown or veneer
● Swelling, tenderness or signs of infection

When something unexpected happens, you want care that feels personal and precise. Here is how we look after you:
Bespoke, Reassuring Care
We take time to understand what has happened and what matters to you. You will receive clear advice, gentle treatment and step-by-step guidance designed around your needs.
Precision That Supports Better Decisions
Our CBCT Scanner can produce detailed 3D images when appropriate. These images help us see fractures, roots and surrounding structures more clearly for an accurate diagnosis and well-planned treatment. This can save time and reduce the need for repeat visits.
Comfort And Efficiency During Urgent Repairs
Our Intraoral Scanner captures precise digital impressions in minutes without traditional trays. This is especially helpful when a swift, comfortable repair or protective cover is needed.
A Relaxing, Modern Environment
Private emergency appointments are shaped to help you feel looked after from arrival to follow-up. You can expect a calm setting, friendly faces and thoughtful care.
Consistent Communication
We explain our findings in simple terms, answer your questions and outline immediate and longer-term options. Suitability for any treatment will always depend on your clinical assessment.
This blend of technology, skill and kindness helps you feel in control, even when the unexpected happens.
Knowing what to expect can make a worrying moment feel easier. Here is how your visit typically unfolds:
1. Quick Triage And Advice
When you contact us, we discuss your symptoms and arrange a private emergency appointment. We also share simple home advice to help you feel more comfortable before you arrive.
2. Focused Assessment
On arrival, we examine the area and listen to your concerns. If needed, we may take X-rays or CBCT images to understand the full picture and guide the next steps.
3. Immediate Care
Our first aim is to relieve discomfort and stabilise the tooth or soft tissue. This could include smoothing sharp edges, placing a temporary repair, or prescribing appropriate care if indicated.
4. Planning What Happens Next
We share what we have found and agree a tailored plan with you. This may range from monitoring and simple repairs to more involved treatment where suitable. We also explain home care and what to watch for between visits. Any further treatment is guided by your assessment and preferences.
Each stage is clearly explained, so you always understand the plan and feel supported.
You may benefit from an emergency dental appointment if you have:
● A knocked-out or loosened tooth after sport or a slip
● A chipped or fractured tooth causing sensitivity or discomfort
● Ongoing toothache that disrupts daily life
● A broken or lost filling, crown or veneer
● Localised swelling or tenderness
● Bleeding from the gums, tongue or cheeks that does not quickly settle
If a tooth has been dislodged, keep it moist in milk or saliva and contact us promptly. Avoid placing aspirin on the gum. Suitability for specific treatments will be confirmed after examination. If you are unsure whether your situation counts as an emergency, call us and we will guide you.
Small steps can make a big difference before you reach us:
Toothache Or Swelling
Keep the area clean with gentle brushing and warm saltwater rinses. Take suitable pain relief if you can, following packet advice.
Chipped Or Fractured Tooth
If sharp edges are rubbing, cover them with dental wax if available. Keep any broken pieces and bring them to your appointment.
Knocked-Out Adult Tooth
Hold the tooth by the crown (the white part), not the root. If possible, gently place it back into the socket. If not, keep it in milk or your saliva and contact us promptly.
Lost Filling, Crown Or Veneer
Keep the area clean and avoid very hot, cold or sticky foods on that side. Bring any part that has come away to your visit.
These tips aim to protect your tooth and ease discomfort until we see you. We will confirm the best course of action once we have examined your mouth.
Advanced imaging and digital tools help us work carefully and efficiently during emergency visits:
CBCT Scanner
When appropriate, detailed 3D images help us understand cracks, infections and tooth roots. This supports accurate diagnosis and well-planned care.
Intraoral Scanner
Fast, comfortable digital impressions capture the exact shape of your teeth in minutes. This helps when creating a temporary repair or planning a longer-term solution.
Technology never replaces a kind approach. It simply supports clearer answers and well-timed decisions, so you feel informed and reassured.
Your wellbeing remains our focus after the urgent issue is settled. We will:
● Share a simple summary of what we found and what we did
● Provide tailored home care advice to help healing
● Outline any recommended follow-up, from monitoring to a longer-term repair
● Agree a time frame that works for you
If you have questions once you are home, you can contact us for guidance. We want you to feel confident about your recovery and next steps.
We offer private emergency appointments and will discuss likely fees before treatment begins. If further visits are recommended, we will explain options and timings clearly. Our goal is to deliver the right care at the right time, with no surprises.
Dental pain or a sudden break can feel unsettling. A calm, modern setting and clear explanations can make immediate relief feel more achievable. Our team will guide you through each step, check in on your comfort and help you make informed choices that suit your needs.
