● Patient-focused triage and guidance. When you contact us, we prioritise emergency cases within our appointment availability. We will ask about your symptoms, offer immediate self-care tips, and schedule the earliest suitable visit. You will know what to expect before you arrive.
● A relaxing, contemporary environment. Many patients feel anxious when something unexpected happens. Our reception team and clinicians take time to explain each step. This calm, consistent approach helps you feel settled and supported.
● Precision that supports better decisions. When clinically appropriate, our CBCT Scanner captures detailed 3D images. This can assist with accurate diagnosis of fractures, impacted teeth, or suspected infections. Our Intraoral Scanner produces precise digital impressions in minutes. This improves comfort and can speed up planning for repairs or temporary solutions.
● Continuity of care. You will see a consistent team who understand your goals and timetable. We focus on bespoke options that protect your teeth and support your studies or work.
Here is how we bring all of this together for you when time matters.
1. Contact and triage. Call our team as soon as you notice a problem. We will listen, offer advice on immediate self-care, and arrange the earliest suitable appointment within our schedule. If you are in pain or worried, we will help you feel heard and informed.
2. Consultation and diagnosis. At your visit, we start by understanding your symptoms and concerns. We examine the area and may take X-rays. If more detail is needed, we may recommend a CBCT scan to view the area in 3D. Our goal is to identify the cause with precision so we can plan your care confidently.
3. Stabilise and protect. Your comfort and safety come first. We focus on reducing pain, safeguarding your teeth and gums, and addressing the source of the issue. This may include smoothing sharp edges, re-cementing a crown or veneer, placing a temporary repair, or providing a definitive solution when appropriate. If we suspect infection, we will manage it and outline the safest plan for recovery.
4. Next steps and reassurance. Before you leave, we explain aftercare in simple steps. If follow-up care is needed, we will arrange appointments that suit your timetable. You will know exactly what we recommend, why, and what it will feel like.
Throughout your visit, we keep communication open and friendly. We want you to feel confident about each decision and back in control of your day.
● Students or staff with sudden toothache that does not settle
● Anyone who has chipped or fractured a tooth during everyday activities or sport
● Patients who have lost a filling, crown, or veneer and need a secure interim or definitive solution
● Individuals with swelling, heat sensitivity, or signs that may indicate infection
● People experiencing soft-tissue injuries to the lips, cheeks, tongue, or gums
