● A bespoke, patient-focused approach. We take time to listen, explain, and decide on treatment with you. You will understand your options and feel supported at every stage.
● Precision that supports better outcomes. Our CBCT Scanner provides detailed 3D images when appropriate. It helps us diagnose complex issues with confidence and plan treatment precisely. This can reduce uncertainty and save time when an emergency is not straightforward.
● Comfortable, modern care. Our Intraoral Scanner captures accurate digital impressions in minutes. This supports well-fitting temporary repairs and efficient planning when a bespoke crown or bridge is needed. The result is improved comfort and clear visualisation of your care.
● A relaxing environment. Urgent visits can feel daunting. Our Milton Keynes team keeps things calm and considerate, with a steady pace and gentle communication.
Alongside kind, attentive care, our technology helps us work precisely. This blend lets you feel reassured while we focus on stabilising your smile.
1. Contact and triage. Call our reception team and tell us what has happened. We aim to arrange an appointment quickly. If appropriate, we will advise simple at-home steps to help you feel more comfortable before you arrive.
2. On-the-day assessment. Your dentist will examine the area carefully and talk through your symptoms. If helpful, digital imaging may be used to support a precise diagnosis and plan the best next step.
3. Immediate care. We focus on easing discomfort and stabilising the problem. This may include smoothing or repairing a sharp edge, refitting or replacing a restoration on a temporary basis, or managing infection risk where indicated.
4. Next steps. We will outline your options and any recommended follow-up, so you know what to expect. Suitability for specific treatments depends on clinical assessment.
You will leave with clear guidance and a plan designed around your needs.
You may benefit from an emergency appointment if you have:
● Toothache that is persistent or affecting eating or sleep
● A chipped, cracked, or knocked tooth
● A lost or broken filling, crown, or veneer
● Swelling, a suspected infection, or sensitivity to hot and cold
● Bleeding or a soft tissue injury involving your gums, tongue, or cheeks
If you are unsure, please contact us. We will advise whether an emergency visit is appropriate and help you decide what to do next.
A few simple measures can make things feel easier while you travel to us:
● Rinse gently with warm water to help keep the area clean
● Use a cold compress on the outside of your cheek to help reduce swelling
● Avoid chewing on the affected side to protect the area
● Consider over-the-counter pain relief if suitable for you and always follow the instructions
If anything changes or your symptoms worsen, please call us. We will talk things through and offer further guidance where appropriate.
