Emergency dentistry is about treating urgent problems that should not wait for a routine visit. Quick action can ease discomfort, reduce the risk of further damage and put you on a confident recovery path.
Common reasons to contact us include:
● Significant toothache or sensitivity that is not settling
● A chipped, fractured or knocked-out tooth after an injury
● A lost or broken filling, crown or veneer
● Swelling or a suspected infection
Every smile is different. What feels like a small issue can feel big when you are worried or in discomfort. When you call, our team will ask a few simple questions to understand your symptoms and how quickly you need to be seen. At your visit, your dentist will examine the area, share what they find and explain your options clearly. Suitability for any procedure depends on clinical assessment, and we will only recommend care that is appropriate for you.
When you need help fast, having a calm, skilled team on your side makes all the difference.

Bespoke, Patient-Focused Care
Your needs guide every decision. We take time to understand what matters to you, from easing discomfort today to protecting your long-term oral health. You will always know what we are doing and why.
Precision That Supports Confidence
When deeper assessment is helpful, our CBCT scanner can provide detailed 3D views. This helps your dentist diagnose hidden fractures or signs of infection more accurately and plan treatment with confidence. Our intraoral scanner creates precise digital impressions in minutes, making protective crowns or other repairs more comfortable to plan and, where appropriate, faster to arrange.
A Relaxing Environment
You will be welcomed into a calm, modern setting with friendly faces and clear explanations at every step. We check in with you throughout your visit so you feel comfortable and reassured.
Timely Appointments
Subject to availability, we can usually arrange same-day or next-day emergency visits. If an urgent slot is not available, we will still offer practical advice and the soonest possible appointment.
Our approach blends modern technology with a warm, human touch—so you feel looked after from your first call to your final visit.
First Contact
Call our reception team on 01908 371 948 and describe what you are experiencing. We will offer immediate guidance and arrange the earliest suitable appointment. If there is something simple you can do at home before your visit, we will explain it.
Assessment
At your appointment, your dentist will examine the affected area and talk you through their findings. Where helpful, we use digital imaging to clarify the picture. This may include a small X-ray or, when appropriate, a CBCT scan for a deeper view.
Immediate Care
Our first priority is to ease discomfort and protect your tooth or soft tissues. This may involve smoothing sharp edges, stabilising a loose restoration, placing a temporary dressing, or completing definitive treatment where appropriate on the day. We will explain each step so you always know what is happening.
Next Steps
Before you leave, we will provide tailored home-care advice and, if needed, a clear plan for follow-up appointments. We will also discuss realistic timelines based on your individual case, so you can plan with confidence.
At every stage, your comfort and understanding come first. We will never rush decisions, and we will always answer your questions.
● Anyone with a chipped, fractured or knocked-out tooth after an accident
● Patients with a lost or loose crown, veneer or filling causing sensitivity or sharp edges
● People experiencing persistent toothache or tenderness when biting
● Those noticing swelling or a suspected infection in the gum or face
If a tooth has been knocked out, handle it by the crown, not the root. Keep it moist in milk or saliva and bring it with you. If you are unsure what to do, call us for guidance. A quick call can make a real difference to what happens next.
Your smile is part of how you eat, speak and enjoy everyday life. When something goes wrong, it can interrupt plans, cause worry and affect confidence. Our role is to help you feel better quickly, protect your oral health and support a smooth recovery—so you can get back to your day with a smile.
Every recommendation is made with your goals in mind. We explain choices in clear language and agree a plan with you, not for you.
